Rates are per apartment, per week and include linen, bathroom towels, electricity, heating and Welcome Food.
50% Deposit is required for bookings more than 6 weeks in advance and full pre-payment is required 6 weeks in advance of arrival date.
May – September stays of 7, 14, 21 (etc.) days only. (Minimum 3 night stay in other months, £25 Service Charge for stays under 5 nights).
2012/2013 WINTER LET MONTHLY RATES
From the end October to the end of March the tariff is flexible for lets of one month or more, the amount depending on length of stay. The tariff is fully inclusive of all services (electricity, water, gas) and includes weekly linen and towel change. Parking is available for one car per property. Bus service is two minute walk. Regret no children under 12 years or pets. Please e-mail or telephone your requirements for a quote.
Le Pigeonnier – one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, spacious living/dining
La Galerie – one bedroom en-suite, split level living up to kitchen/dining
La Cachette – two bedrooms, both en-suite, ground floor open plan living
